🔁 One-Time Reschedule Policy
Each student is allowed one (1) reschedule if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled class start time. Reschedules are subject to availability and must be used within 30 days of the original booking.
No reschedules will be granted within 48 hours of class start time.
❌ No Refund Policy
All class sales are final. Due to limited seating and instructor scheduling, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including no-shows or scheduling conflicts. Please confirm your availability before booking.
🚫 Class Cancellation Policy
If a class is canceled by us due to instructor availability, venue issues, or low enrollment, students will be offered:
A full reschedule to a future class or
A full refund
We will notify students via email and/or text as soon as possible.
